Team leader, Payroll Services Work at the iconic Victorian Parliament House Ongoing full time opportunity PoV Grade 5.1, $106,534 - $117,716 About the role We are seeking an experienced team leader that is proactive and adaptable to supervise and manage the end-to-end payroll process for the Parliament of Victoria. In this role, you will report to the Manager of Payroll Services and lead a team of payroll professionals and work collaboratively with the People & Capability team to ensure excellent customer service and support for all employees and stakeholders. You will provide clear and accurate advice on payroll matters, including: Payment elements, superannuation contributions, and payroll tax Leave liabilities, FBT reporting, and WorkCover premiums Skills that set you apart You are a dedicated Payroll professional with extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing. You possess excellent attention to detail and have experience case managing complex payroll matters. You are highly communicative and committed to delivering the best customer service to stakeholders at all levels. You are invested in the development of your team, and have experience coaching others. You are confident in your ability to interpret complex employment agreements, such as enterprise or collective agreements.
