We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong domain background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 7+ years of experience in business analysis, a deep understanding of processes, and proficiency in MuleSoft and Agile methodologies. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring that our applications and services are aligned with strategic goals. Responsibilities: Create prioritized feature list and user story backlog. Liaison between operations and development team. Design functional use cases. Review of technical design and test cases. Perform use case test in Integration testing. Assist and Review Integration Test Strategy and UAT plan. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management, to gather and analyze business requirements for the applications and services. Develop detailed functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on gathered requirements. Utilize MuleSoft to design and implement integration solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies to understand how proposed changes will affect existing processes and systems. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and agreement on project objectives and deliverables. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, test cases, and user manuals. Support the testing process by identifying test scenarios, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and validating that solutions meet business needs. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and technology standards to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in MuleSoft, with hands-on experience in API design and development. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.
