Asahi Beverages is currently on the lookout for a full-time Technical Development Partner to work alongside leadership teams to facilitate long-term, strategic, people development objectives. Reporting to the Technical Development Partner Lead, in this position, you will support the planning, implementation, and management of L&D activities to enhance the capability of our frontline workforce (over 500 employees). You'll be supporting our VIC sites, based in Abbotsford, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to achieve the Asahi Supply Chain mission and vision. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting training needs analysis and developing training plans to identify skill gaps Implementing training programs in line with supply chain development objectives Partnership & collaboration with manufacturing leaders to gain an in-depth understanding of site needs Thorough documentation of strategic training plans and reporting on outcomes Supporting change initiatives and improving organisational effectiveness through learning and development Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements in training programs Monitoring and reporting on training spending to meet budget requirements Provide additional support in Technical Development Compliance activities Uphold and contribute to safety and wellbeing commitments and culture About You To succeed in this role, you will have a people-first mindset and be eager to contribute to learning & development programs for a large workforce. You'll be a great fit for the role if you also possess the following: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with leadership teams Experience in conducting training needs analysis and developing strategic training plans Experience and attention to detail in documenting processes and reporting outcomes Experience using and optimising learning management systems (LMS) would be highly regarded, but not required A qualification in Training & Assessment would be highly regarded, but not required Asahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organization with a rich and varied history.
