We are looking for a Telecommunication Supervisor to join an innovative organization dedicated to both personal and professional growth. Responsibilities: Upgrading and optimizing 4G and 5G network infrastructure, Constructing new telecommunications structures, such as towers and monopoles, Assembling and installing steel framework, Installing telecommunications equipment at elevated heights, Laying cables and setting up conduit systems as required, Ensuring all installations meet technical requirements and industry standards, Performing commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of installed equipment, Maintaining site documentation and preparing daily progress reports. Key Skills: Minimum of two years of experience leading teams in the telecommunications sector, Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and coordinate teams, Excellent English communication skills, Highly organized with a strong focus on meeting deadlines, Strong leadership abilities, including decisiveness, confidence, and composure under pressure, Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, Well-versed in telecommunications equipment and industry standards, Experienced in conducting sweep testing using Anritsu equipment.
