Job Description Job Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise and Assist group members in understanding roles and responsibilities. Responsible for the configuration and implementation of the new requests, telecommunications infrastructure, and its related software. Troubleshoot and resolve PBX (private branch exchange) problems that escalated. Analyze and ensure the reliability of the communications systems on a regular basis to provide the the highest level of performance, availability, and security. Responsible for the PBX (private branch exchange) planning, implementation, support, and upgrades. Track and analyze fault histories in the long-term resolution of intermittent problems. Handle and follow up on cases opened with equipment suppliers. Receives inquiries from different teams regarding current or planned projects and takes appropriate action to resolve problems or plan for upgrades. Working with telephony protocols, such as SIP, TCP/IP, H323, QoS, etc. They evaluate existing capabilities and aid in planning guidelines to tap emerging trends in cloud, VoIP, mobility solutions, and managed services. Isolate performance and capacity issues for telecommunications traffic so that telecommunications systems are operating without any downtime. Manage and implement patches to systems and hardware. Ability to support users and troubleshoot all their VoIP issues within an entire organization/company. To ensure this, they need to detect and address issues with trunks, profiles, endpoints, and dial plans. For this, voice engineers must have received the latest, practical technical experience supporting VoIP and unified communications services. Provide professional services and technical outsourcing. Communicate with technology vendors to devise plans based on the needs of the company Designing, installing, operating, maintaining, and second level troubleshooting all Xceed voice communication systems. Job Requirements Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Communications and Electronics Department. •4 to 8 years of hands-on experience on VoIP systems, UCCE, VG, CUBE, AVAYA, and Genesys. • Knowledge in VOIP, CIPT, IP Telephony, PBXs, ACD, Cloud Solutions, Omni Channel, AI, CCNA, CCNP. • Languages: Very good English (oral/written). • Preferably certified in Cisco, AVAYA, Genesys SQL, and operating systems. • Team management skills. • CCNA and CCNP certificates are a must. #J-18808-Ljbffr
