Summary of the Role The Trade Activation Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of annual events and display programs across all product segments within Newell ANZ. This role involves project managing key events such as Back to School campaigns, Christmas, Easter, new product launches, and more, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. In addition to managing the display process and budget, the Trade Activation Manager will work closely with the senior team to ensure the execution of top-tier market events. A key part of this role is building and nurturing relationships with key external partners to efficiently deliver seasonal programs while maintaining agreed budgets and timelines. Qualifications & Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in a similar role University degree preferred in a related field Strong understanding of seasonal calendars and working to deadlines Proven experience in trade marketing experience in event display development and execution management Background in a general merchandising/FMCG organization Familiarity with gross, mass, and specialty retailers Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Demonstrated experience in project management Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team player Excellent project and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong negotiation skills and an eye for detail Ability to effectively manage budgets and expectations with confidence What You Will Be Responsible For: Lead the trade activation program and manage all ‘end to end’ overall tasks associated with all seasonal projects Effectively oversee budget management for display and card events, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking Collaborate within our Category Strategy & Planning and Sales teams to develop and maintain the seasonal event calendar Manage the product/display setup process, ensuring alignment with internal procedures Coordinate and execute the product/display forecast submission process Handle the end-to-end card delivery management, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries Oversee the sample sign-off process, ensuring all samples meet requirements before approval Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on ownership of external display card account management Facilitate key drivers of proactive planning and internal/external engagement to ensure smooth execution of all projects Lead negotiations with external stakeholders to secure competitive display pricing, creative solutions, and meet critical project timelines #J-18808-Ljbffr
