Flexihire is currently seeking to appoint a Mechanical T/A to support operations in our Townsville Branch. About the role The main part of the role is to assist the T/Q Fitters with: Testing, inspection and repairs on Hire Equipment Fleet Assisting Trade Qualified staff with maintenance operations within the workshop Decal removal/placement Cleaning and detailing of equipment Arranging and collecting parts Key Skills / Requirements: Must have mechanical T/A experience or TQ in similar field Good mechanical knowledge Great communication skills & team spirit A willingness to work and learn on the job Willingness to follow instructions and ask for assistance when needed Demonstrated punctuality and reliability Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle Clean & tidy in both work and presentation Forklift licence and EWP ticket would be highly regarded The successful candidate for this challenging role can expect a great remuneration package, internal training on machinery operation.
