The Role The Marketing Traffic Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the workflow and resources for our marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This position is vital for streamlining project processes and maintaining efficiency across the marketing team. Working closely with various teams, including Creative, Brand, and External Vendors, the Marketing Traffic Coordinator ensures every moving piece of each project is effectively managed and progresses smoothly from initiation to completion. Areas of Responsibility Resource Allocation: Assign tasks and projects to team members based on skills, availability, and workload capacity. Project Scheduling & Prioritisation: Create and maintain schedules to ensure deadlines are met and timelines are clear. Workflow Management: Develop and enforce workflows and processes to streamline project progression, including critical paths and marketing calendars. Communication: Act as a central point of contact between teams, departments, and clients, ensuring smooth information flow and project updates. Problem-Solving: Identify potential bottlenecks or delays and propose solutions to keep projects on track. Quality Control & Post-Production: Ensure projects meet quality standards and complete necessary approvals before delivery. Client Liaison: Manage client and stakeholder communications regarding project updates and shared resources with sister companies. Budget Oversight: Manage invoicing and monitor monthly P&L statements in collaboration with finance. Packaging Coordination: Support timelines and cross-functional communication to ensure packaging projects are executed seamlessly. Who You Are You have a background in project management, traffic management, or a related field, preferably within marketing or design industries. You possess exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong problem-solving capabilities. You are a strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience using Asana will be highly regarded.
