What You'll Do Undertake both soil and rock laboratory testing across a broad range of methods, including but not limited to Australian, QDOT and ASTM Standards Liaise with internal staff and clients Support the setup and maintenance of essential soil and rock testing equipment Train and supervise trainee technicians Who You Are You will be self-motivated, a fast learner and bring a positive attitude to the team. We are ideally looking for experienced technicians who possess: Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in different situations, demonstrate initiative, and effectively prioritize and schedule tasks. Certification such as Certificate III in Laboratory Skills (or equivalent) is highly regarded Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team Candidates with no experience will still be considered if they are eager to learn.
