The main focus of this role will be to manage our training and assessment portfolio, ensuring compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements and maximizing the benefits of this program for our workforce. This role will be responsible for: Ensuring the site meets its compliance obligations with respect to mandatory training requirements Designing and developing training and assessment materials for operational training and assessment of manufacturing team members Administering and maintaining training and assessment records for the Maryvale mill Maintaining our training database Delivering and assessing training as required Discover Yourself… This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished training professional who enjoys delivering both high-value strategic initiatives and day-to-day critical operational matters. Most likely, you are someone who loves being a part of a business that makes something and working closely with the people that make it.
