Located in Toowoomba, my client is a leading truck dealer who is seeking an experienced Truck Sales Consultant to join their family-owned, multi-franchised dealership.Company - Location Established in 2018, our client has been servicing the Darling Downs Region for over 80 years. Located in the heart of town, the dealer is convenient to all and in the extensive showroom display a quality range of new trucks.Known as the Garden City, it is said to be a beautiful place to raise a family, with country charm, growing more than ever before. There are several schools to choose from, and hospitals and shopping facilities are plenty. As a result, there is everything you need but without the busy city traffic congestion.Situated 1.5 hours from Stanthorpe, 2 hours from the Gold Coast, and 3 hours to the Sunshine Coast - this is an ideal location to settle with family, being close to these areas for a quick escape. You do not have the traffic hassles like those who commute daily to and from Brisbane. The area has around 170,000 residents.The Role: In this role, you will join a small sales team. You will be required to utilize your sales techniques to foster good customer relationships, understand their needs, provide product information, and with negotiation skills convert enquiries to sales. Actively prospect for new business. Follow the dealership process before, during, and after sale. Work well with your other departments – Service, Parts, Finance. Keep up to date with the industry market/trends. Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met. We are looking for: Prior sales exposure in the truck industry. Customer-focused & a good communicator. Effective communication, people skills, and time management skills. Plenty of enthusiasm & drive. Performance driven. What is on offer?
