Veterinary Nurse - Greencross Morayfield Full-time Greencross Vet Morayfield is looking for an experienced nurse to join their team on a full-time basis. Our team has a loyal client base and a supportive, knowledgeable, caring environment with 5 Vets, 7 Nurses, 1 Receptionist, and a Practice Manager. We prioritize providing high-quality care for our patients and excellent service for our clients with a focus on stress-free handling. Our philosophy revolves around treating our clients' pets as our own, ensuring the best care possible. The clinic offers various services and equipment such as ultrasound, x-ray, dental x-ray, smartflow, and RxWorks. We seek a dedicated Cert IV qualified nurse who is reliable, confident, enthusiastic, and excels in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Immediate availability is preferred. Your new role: Full-time 38 hours per week Undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology, and emergency and critical care Performing minor procedures when required Maintaining practice hygiene, including surgical areas and equipment Handling client enquiries professionally in person, by email, and over the phone Your skills and experience: Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with min. 2+ years clinical experience Extensive knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of RX Works is advantageous Confidence in monitoring anesthesia Team player with a calm and friendly attitude Experience in team-based care is beneficial Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively If you are passionate about this role, Apply Today!
