Job Category: Other Band 6- $44.56- $48.69 excluding superannuation Grampian Shire Council is seeking a suitable and enthusiastic individual to join our Tourism team as Visitor Experiences and Services Officer. This role is on a fixed term contract from 10/2/25 to 13/2/26. The employee will be responsible for the following: To connect visitors with the Greater Hamilton experience to extend length of stay and grow the visitor economy. To increase local awareness of Greater Hamilton events and tourism assets. To provide up-to-date visitor-related information to individuals using the services of Council’s Visitor Information Centres and information outlets across the region. To coordinate and implement traditional and digital marketing activities that promote the visitor experiences, opportunities, and events that attract visitors to the Greater Hamilton region.
