We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced and passionate WHS Injury Management Officer to join our team to fulfil a 2 year fixed-term contract opportunity. Reporting to the WHS Support & Recovery Lead, you will be part of CN's wider Safety & Wellbeing team. In this crucial role, you will provide professional service and technical advice in managing a portfolio of diverse workers' compensation claims. You will partner with key business stakeholders, injured workers, healthcare providers, and other service providers to facilitate sustainable recovery from work-related injuries and illnesses. Importantly, your expertise and advice will contribute to evidence-based decisions that support injured workers throughout their recovery process. Whilst you will be based at CN's Waratah Works Depot, there may be a requirement for you to work from CN's City Administration Centre in Stewart Avenue as required.
