Job Title: Warehouse Management System- Data Analyst Country of Hire: Australia Employment Type: Full-time Date Posted: 7/03/2025 State/Suburb: VIC- Keysborough The Opportunity Paragon Care is looking for a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)- Data Analyst to join our friendly and collaborative Supply Chain team in Keysborough. This role is all about maintaining and improving our Warehouse Management System, ensuring data accuracy, and helping to streamline processes. You’ll work closely with warehouse teams, analysts, and system specialists to enhance efficiency and support day-to-day operations across multiple locations. What You’ll Be Doing: Keeping user, product, and warehouse location data up to date Running reports and queries to ensure data accuracy and integrity Investigating and resolving transaction errors and discrepancies Performing daily database reconciliations and determining next steps Identifying ways to improve system efficiency and reduce manual tasks Updating and maintaining consignment data in MOVEiT Working closely with teams across the business to troubleshoot and enhance processes Helping train supervisors and team members on key system functions Supporting picking and receiving activities by ensuring processes are as smooth as possible Occasionally visiting warehouses to gain insights and provide hands-on support About You! You have a keen interest in data and how it impacts warehouse operations Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Experience with Warehouse Management Systems – Paperless preferably or similar JDE System experience would be preferable not essential Warehousing experience is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset Good verbal and written communication skills The ability to prioritise tasks, multi-task, and work independently A mix of technical and practical thinking, with an understanding of warehouse operations An interest in finding ways to improve processes and make tasks easier Why Join Us?
