Symphony3 is looking for an experienced Integration Solution Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. About the Role: As an Integration Solution Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering tailored integration solutions for local government ERP systems. This role combines technical expertise, pre-sales acumen, and hands-on project delivery experience to ensure we exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design integration solutions leveraging Symphony3’s SmartGlue platform. Pre-Sales Engagement: Support sales teams by showcasing technical capabilities, conducting product demonstrations, and responding to RFPs. Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of ERP integration projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with local government stakeholders to identify opportunities and ensure successful project outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on integration trends and identify new tools and methodologies to enhance service delivery. What We’re Looking For: Proven Experience: A strong background in pre-sales, solution design, and technical delivery, particularly in ERP solutions for local government. Hands-On Expertise: Extensive experience in implementing and integrating ERP systems, such as TechnologyOne, Civica, or other platforms commonly used in local government. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in integration technologies, APIs, and middleware platforms. Exceptional Communicator: Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
