RN-2 As a Clinical Nurse (CN) within the Mental Health Care Program (MHCP), you will provide expert mental health nursing care across a variety of settings. With your experience and/or further study, you will be expected to continue your professional development, advancing from a competent to proficient practitioner. In this pivotal role, you’ll not only be accountable for your own practice standards but also for the delegation of activities and the guidance of less experienced staff. While the CN role is predominantly clinical, you will also have the chance to engage in diverse activities aligned with your career development plan and the priorities of the MHCP.
