Job Description

We are a Fashion Wholesale Agency/Distributor based in East Perth. We are looking for a full-time Brand Manager to join our small dynamic team. We work in a fast-paced environment and are looking for someone with an energetic, can-do attitude. This sales portfolio includes a variety of brands that are represented on a state level. Our Brand Managers need to be able to develop client relationships quickly and direct our clients to products that suit their target market. This role is office-based and Monday to Friday. There is parking on site, a generous clothing allowance, and sales incentives. What you'll be doing Manage a portfolio of brands across WA (metro and regional) Build and maintain relationships with both clients (retailers) and suppliers Liaise daily with suppliers based on the East Coast Maintain existing client base (retailers). Includes selling strategy, problem-solving, and general customer support Update/track budget and call sheets to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets Research and introduce new clients to the Agency Visual merchandising of showrooms Participation in team meetings What we are looking for in successful applicants A passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets Fashion experience, either retail or wholesale Social media savvy Firm understanding of Intermediate Excel and Outlook. On-the-job training is provided for in-house software Ability to work alongside other brand managers and team members, whilst also being able to work independently Good understanding of the WA geographic region (towns and suburbs) Ability to seek and understand key fashion trends Hold a current driver's license and have access to a reliable car.
