Operations Supervisor Take the lead as an Operations Supervisor at First Choice Couriers and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee team performance, optimise processes, and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This position will oversee the organisation’s nightshift operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth and timely movement of freight. Lead, motivate, and support team members to meet performance goals and service standards. Monitor compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures. Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to optimize workflows. Address and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all activities. Support team training and development to foster team growth. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems. Skills Proven leadership experience in transport, logistics, or similar operational role. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges. Clear and professional communication skills to engage team and customers. Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in logistics operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
