About the role Talent Solutions is looking for a Workforce Specialist to provide recruitment support to our MSP client, Westpac. As a Workforce Specialist, you will support the activities of contingent labour engaged via MSP program Westpac, from onboarding to exit and all associated lifecycle activities in between. This includes developing and supporting relationships with MSP, Contingent Business Partners, Hiring Managers, suppliers and technology partners (VMS). As a valued member of the Talent Hub your key responsibilities will include: Support lifecycle activities throughout a worker's assignment - tenure management, extensions, Award interpretations, time and expense management and workforce and supplier education Support completion of onboarding activities, including but not limited to: requisition management and compliance administration in VMS systems Support offboarding activities for workers Develop an understanding of the Hiring Manager's portfolios An interest in helping with various projects at times Develop training guides and SOPs when required Assist the management team to ensure all data in reports are carried out in a high-quality fashion. Identify and address problems relating to reports and data. What are we looking for in you?
