Creative Advertising agency is looking for a Project Manager to work on a brand new client. As the Project Manager, you will lead projects internally from initiation through production hand-off, while having an overall understanding of the agency’s surrounding workflow. You are the glue that keeps everyone together, delivering quality resourcing and workflow for the agency. You strive for clarity, ensuring everyone knows what needs to happen, and when, so that projects can continue moving through the agency in a seamless fashion. You are always looking forward, anticipating potential issues and connecting all the dots. You have the interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships while proactively prioritising projects and resources. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining our workflow: Ensure efficient and effective workflow through the agency, from client briefing through strategy, creative development, and execution. Manage and be accountable for each step of the creative development process; scheduling and attending reviews, ensuring the project is running seamlessly, and clearly communicating to drive the project forward and across progress on all projects. Operate as a communication hub on projects, ensuring team members/departments are on the same page throughout the project and understand next steps. Organise and lead weekly status meetings, maintaining project status. Document project evolution and maintain a detailed record of job changes and impacts to project schedules and scope. Collaborate with BM and Creative Directors to identify and action project and workflow efficiencies. Skills and Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years Project/Traffic experience in a creative agency. Ability to scope projects and resources based on project requirements. Excellent understanding of the workflow of an Ad agency. Ability to communicate effectively. Good negotiation skills and a high level of diplomacy. It is essential that you have the right to work in Australia on a full-time basis. This is a full-time role and the salary is $120K - $130K including super depending on experience level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
