We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our Contract Logistics team as Customer Service Support. If you’re passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will: Manage inbound calls, process orders, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent service. Handle customer returns/credits and related paperwork. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Educate customers on our online platform. Manage wholesaler/distributor rebates/recharges. Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, CRM updates, and generating reports. About You You'll have a strong background in customer service, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Your responsibilities will include: Handling sales order entry, stock transfers, and returns. Ideally, experience within the Contract Logistics or a related field. Processing rebates/recharges and assisting with administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple inquiries at once. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
