Digital Experience Analyst Apply Locations: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Time Type: Full time Posted on: Posted 3 Days Ago Time left to apply: End Date: February 4, 2025 (24 days left to apply) Job Requisition ID: REQ-7062994 The Digital Experience Analyst is a member of the Digital Experience team providing consistent and quality service to our customers. A key focus of the role is working with the Digital Experience Specialists to foster relationships and knowledge of our customers, locations, and Business Units. As the Digital Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key Digital Experience activities: Provide 1st and 2nd level support, including implementation, management, and usage of Digital Experience (DX) and Audio-Visual (AV) technologies at primary and remote Lendlease sites. Present one-on-one customer coaching around pre-developed How-to and Knowledge Base articles. Identify gaps in Knowledge Base articles and draft Knowledge Base articles for review. Undertake Site Setup activities (Moves, Adds, or Changes) for a limited number of assigned sites under instruction from Digital Place. Assist in creating a working environment for Lendlease employees where both ambition to learn and digital ability are recognized, encouraged, and rewarded. Work with Lendlease teams to understand how they are utilizing IT collaboration and productivity resources, such as the Microsoft 365 stack, and assist in the development of tools and methods to drive efficiencies within those teams. About you: You will have a passion for customer service and quality with strong communication skills. You will also have: 1+ years of technology-related work experience. 1+ years customer service experience. 1+ years’ experience installing, configuring, and supporting personal computer hardware, monitors, printers, and peripherals. 1+ years’ experience supporting Microsoft products including, but not limited to, workstation and server operating systems, Exchange, and Office.
