The Team The Data and Digital Insights team helps clients put data driven decision making at the heart of solving their most important problems. Through our expert delivery of data strategy, data science and analytics, data management and data platforms, we help our clients make intelligent decisions for better outcomes. The Role We are seeking experienced Scaled Agile professionals to join our team supporting digital transformation consulting and project initiatives in the Federal Government sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong agile delivery background, excellent project management experience, strong communication skills and demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in teams and with the client. Key Responsibilities: Lead Agile transformation initiatives for Federal Government projects ensuring successful adoption of frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and Lean. Develop and refine client strategies and roadmaps that support sustainable Agile adoption and align broader organisational objectives as part of long-term planning. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables ensuring alignment with goals, proactive risk mitigation and successful on-time, within scope delivery. Foster strong client and vendor relationships through clear communication and collaboration to ensure alignment with project goals and timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Provide coaching and mentoring to our internal teams and the client on Agile principles and best practices. Experience and Technical Skills Required: Proven track record in successfully managing and delivering Federal Government consulting and project initiatives in an Agile framework. Experience in developing client strategies and roadmaps as part of long-term planning and assessment. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly manage interactions and expectations with the client, stakeholders and governance forums. Proficiency and certification in the use of project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Demonstrated experience in effectively managing teams and people providing coaching, feedback and mentoring to contribute to high performance. Essential: Certifications in Scaled Agile frameworks. Other certifications such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban will be highly regarded.
