Based out of Adelaide, our client has up to 12 projects ranging from $5m - $50m. Use your previous experience within WHS and Construction to get on board with multiple current and future projects. This is a permanent full-time role with multiple projects currently underway, and you will be expected to use a hands-on approach to implement WHS protocols. Benefits: Salary based on experience between $95,000 - $125,000 + Super + Phone. Multiple ongoing projects with many more in the pipeline. The Role: Use your WHS skills to deliver practical coaching and mentoring of workers on site. Build positive relationships with Project Managers and Site workers to implement necessary Safety procedures. Utilize previous Construction experience either as a Tradesman or WHS professional to create clear communication channels from Apprentices to Project Managers. Conduct daily toolbox talks and deliver specific safety measures as and when each site requires. Proficient in MS Office and Safety Management systems Hammertech and Procore. About You: Experience in Work, Health and Safety, specifically with exposure to High-Risk Construction. Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (Cert IV or Diploma). Knowledge and understanding of the WHS Act and Regulations, Return to Work, and injury management processes. Current First Aid Certificate and CPR essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, providing consistent updates. Headstrong approach to management and feedback, with a willingness to learn and take feedback positively. Organized individual demonstrating strong time management skills and prioritization. Prospective hires must undergo pre-employment medical examinations, drug and alcohol screening, National Police Clearance, Aged Care Sector Employment Check, and Working with Children Check as prerequisites for employment. Depending on the project, candidates may also need to undergo Working with Vulnerable People checks.
