This includes making reasonable adjustments to support applicants at all stages of the process and employee lifecycle.About The Role Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Lead and manage the staff in providing strategic direction and oversight of student-focused programs and initiatives to embed reading practices within and across the school. Provide leadership and support to staff in embedding student engagement practices across the curriculum with a focus on reading in the Primary years. Work within the Wellbeing team to develop and implement wellbeing strategies to support students' emotional, social, and mental health, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment. Foster strong relationships with parents, guardians, and external agencies to ensure the wellbeing of students is effectively supported. A Mandatory Requirement Of This Role Is Current full registration, or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
