Lead & Communicate – The key link between sales teams, garment factories, and global brands. Innovate & Troubleshoot – Develop new materials, solve production challenges, and optimize processes. Oversee Logistics – Coordinate with commercial teams for smooth import/export operations. What You Bring: Expertise in production planning – Weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing (bonus points for synthetics!). Strong leadership & coordination skills – Managing teams, customers, and suppliers like a pro. Eye for quality – Understanding raw materials and fabric standards inside out.
