ABOUT THE ROLE We're on the lookout for an experienced Head of Planning to join our Factorie team, where you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing our strategic vision. As a leader, you'll drive profitability by building a model that delivers profit growth. As the gatekeeper of stock health across the brand, your success hinges on your exceptional management of forecasting, replenishment, and proactive initiatives to ensure business growth. You'll articulate and align the Brand Planning strategy globally, strategically guiding the team to deliver timely and regionally relevant assortments. Leveraging your commercial acumen, you'll identify growth opportunities and form strong partnerships with product teams to ensure the group achieves the right mix, Range Planning, Pricing Architecture, Volume Lines, and Allocation. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Extensive experience and proven success in a similar ‘Head of’ or General Manager Planning role; developing and leading product strategies that deliver commercial outcomes. The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders. Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills. Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence cultural change through best practice and delivering results. Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative, and flexible solutions. Demonstrated high-level organisation, project management, and planning skills. Established leadership skills to develop and support the team to deliver brand strategy outcomes.
