Enhancing speed, efficiency and effectiveness to drive growth. Our point of view is that the legacy model for planning and buying media is too slow and opaque for the marketing ecosystem today. We’re working with our client partners to design and implement new agile and transparent models that are fit for today and prepare them for the future. Role Overview: In 2025 we’re working with a number of client partners on transformation projects including the in-housing of media capabilities, and we’re looking for a media leader who can help us deliver these transformation projects. In this role, you will lead the strategy, planning and execution of major transformation projects with clients ranging from blue chip enterprise businesses to iconic local brands and high growth startups. You’ll be a thought leader who is deeply connected within the industry, brings a strong perspective on where the industry is heading, and has a desire to help shape the future. You’ll have extensive hands-on experience in digital media, adtech & data, as well as an understanding of traditional media and the role it plays in the marketing mix today. The role is varied and highly customisable based on the needs of our partners. One day you may be embedded within a client-side marketing org, standing up a new in-house media team from scratch, the next day you may be consulting to a CMO on the best MMM or analytics platforms, or how to weave AI & automation into their workflows. The opportunity is to help shape the future of the industry by designing and embedding, data-driven and AI-enabled models, structures, processes and ways of working for modern in-house media teams. If this opportunity excites you, we’d love to hear from you. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in media / digital media, ideally with both in-house and agency side experience. Hands-on experience with a range of martech & adtech platforms, Google, Meta, TikTok, DSP, CDP, MMM etc. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver successful outcomes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify the complex and communicate with clarity. Possess the experience, confidence and gravitas to influence business leaders up to and including the C-Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
