Actively Hiring for Incident Manager-Oracle CSS Location: Melbourne Duration: 6 Months Contract + Extension Job Description Minimum 8-10 years of experience in incident management, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud Customer Service (CCS) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Solid understanding of Oracle applications, including Cloud-based support environments. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture, configurations, and service management tools (e.g., Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Service Cloud). Experience with ITIL framework and incident management best practices. Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose technical issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
