Information Technology (IT) Service Desk Officer Horsham, Australia Reference: 6728546 Casual - no set hours allocated Band 4 ($44.27 per hour) About the Role You will support the Information Technology Unit's management and implementation of strategies, hardware and software to ensure efficient application of resources throughout the organisation, primarily through the day-to-day operation of help-desk support and assistance. About You You will have a Certificate III in Information Technology or associated area, or an extent and level of experience providing an equivalent knowledge.
