This role will support the Information Technology Unit's systems, hardware, and software, to ensure that all staff have access to the technology they need to fulfill their roles and deliver a broad range of quality services to our community. About You We are looking for someone who will provide exceptional customer service, is passionate about information technology, has strong communication skills, and strives to deliver results and continuous improvement. You will have demonstrated experience in service desk operations, IT hardware, and networking infrastructure. You will be one of a team of five highly motivated and energetic IT staff working in an organization that values flexibility, accountability, integrity, and respect. Relevant industry qualifications will be highly regarded. About the Region Horsham Rural City Council is a vibrant municipality located approximately 300 kilometers north-west of Melbourne. The majority of its 19,880 residents are located in Horsham, a hub for health care, niche retail, education and schooling, community services, arts, sports, and culture.
