Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Recruitment Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving student enrolments from GCNA through strategic marketing and recruitment initiatives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of student recruitment and admissions at Curtin College. Key Responsibilities: Drive Student Enrolments: Develop and implement innovative marketing recruitment strategies to attract and increase student numbers from GCNA, with a focus in China, HK, South Korea, and Taiwan. Maximise ROI: Optimise recruitment strategies to ensure high return on investment. Engage Prospective Students: Build strong relationships with potential students through outreach, events, and personalised communication. Manage Education Agents: Develop and maintain relationships with education agents to expand recruitment channels and reach. Collaborate with Academic Departments: Work closely with faculty and staff to align recruitment efforts with academic programs and institutional goals. Analyse Market and Competitor Trends: Monitor and analyse market trends to inform recruitment strategies and identify new opportunities. Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, international education or relevant fields. Proven experience in international student recruitment, preferably with experience working with China market. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin). Ability to travel.
