About the Role Reporting directly to the Group General Manager, this pivotal position will oversee and maintain our internal recruitment processes. You’ll lead a team of 5+ recruiters across SA, NSW, and VIC, ensuring that our internal recruitment operations run seamlessly. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and overseeing daily group interview sessions. Allocating roles to your team to ensure efficiency and balance. Leading the offer and acceptance process with your team. Building robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Designing and executing full attraction campaigns. Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver results. What You’ll Bring to the Team Proven recruitment experience: A track record of success in an agency environment is a must. Public speaking confidence: You’ve facilitated group interviews and thrive in front of an audience. Process-driven mindset: You understand the importance of following structured recruitment processes. Performance-oriented approach: You’re skilled at identifying and selecting top talent for the role.
