Job Description
Our client is one of the world's leading construction companies with a diverse portfolio of commercial and government projects. They currently have a $1B+ Project located in Melbourne's West.They require an experienced Project Engineer/Project Coordinator to help deliver this iconic health project that is due to be completed by 2030.Roles & Responsibilities: Liaising with stakeholders from each department (design, development, and construction) and providing the necessary construction input and updates. Managing detail design of complex packages. Developing design and construction programmes. Developing construction preliminaries and supervision estimates. Obtaining trade pricing and feedback to assist in developing project budgets. Desired Experience: Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or equivalent. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders. Strong programming and project planning skills. Strong problem-solving and time management skills (ability to work across multiple projects at various stages concurrently). Well-rounded experience across all project phases (concept to delivery and completion).
