Career Opportunities: Senior Finance Manager - FP&A, Land Lease Communities (25294) Requisition ID 25294 - Posted - NSW (1) - Permanent - Finance (FIN) - Sydney Metro (SMTR) We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager to join Stockland’s FP&A team, providing accurate and timely reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights to help support decision making and achievement of Business Targets for the Land Lease Communities business. Key Responsibilities of this role will include: Team Leadership: Leading a small team, providing mentorship, guidance, and coaching to ensure professional development. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Leading reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the business, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights. Investor & Audit Reporting: Consolidating information for investor presentations and audit committee papers at half-year and year-end periods. Business Performance Analysis: Identifying and communicating risks related to business performance, and ensuring mitigation strategies are in place. Stakeholder Engagement: Working closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Land Lease Communities leadership and project directors), acting as a trusted finance partner. Capital Approvals: Supporting the Development and Leadership teams in obtaining capital approvals from the Senior Leadership Team and Board. Partnering with Funds & Capital Teams: Collaborating with the Funds Management and Capital Transaction teams to provide project-level reporting. Driving Process Improvement: Challenging current assumptions and driving initiatives that improve reporting accuracy and performance insights. About You This role is suitable for someone with strong financial expertise and leadership skills, with a passion for driving improvement and delivering actionable business insights. You will be a naturally curious & inquisitive individual with the desire to understand and effectively communicate the “WHY” behind the numbers. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills, qualifications, and experience: Qualifications: CA/CPA or equivalent preferred. Experience: Leading forecasting, planning, and analysis; financial reporting; and managing teams. Previous industry experience would be highly regarded. Skills: Financial analysis to support decision-making, data gathering, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
