Senior P&C Systems, Reporting and Insights Analyst, People and Culture Employment Type: Ongoing Classification / Grade / Band: Clerk Grade 9/10 Remuneration: $125,693 - $138,510; plus, Superannuation and Leave Loading Location: Sydney CBD, Flexible & hybrid working options available Applications Close: Monday, 10 February 2024 at 9:59am Role impact & contribution The Senior P&C Systems, Reporting and Insights Analyst is responsible for maintaining and improving the HR systems and analytics function within Treasury. This role will be responsible for the delivery of HR systems and analytics that reflect best practice, governance, and statutory compliance to meet the business demands. The HR Systems include the following: SAP – Payroll and Organisational Management Cornerstone (myCareer) – Recruitment, Learning, Performance and Talent Power BI – dashboard and analytics Teamgage – employee engagement and employee surveys Your typical day-to-day work will include developing Power BI dashboards, analysing data and system maintenance to provide Treasury with the systems and data to achieve its objectives. Achieve success in this role In this integral role there are a few things we would like for you to have to best support yourself and add value to the people of NSW. The ideal candidate should have the following: Extensive experience and technical knowledge in SAP (Organisational Management and Payroll) and/or Cornerstone (Learning & Performance) and/or Power BI Desktop and service. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience.
