Job Description Manage and deliver key technology projects in line with strategic objectives. Develop, implement, and monitor change strategies. Assist with the transformation of organizational processes. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success. Lead and support project teams to achieve project goals. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and legislation. Provide regular project updates to senior management. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project and Change Officer should have: A proven track record in managing and delivering technology projects. Experience in implementing change strategies within an organization. Experience developing training and instructional content and coordinating training for internal business users. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. A keen eye for identifying and mitigating project risks.
