This pivotal role will support the unification and simplification of processes while enhancing our technology platforms. The Senior Team Leader will oversee the Team Leaders of the Complex, Simple, and Build Over Easement teams, as well as the process and operational improvement Leads, ensuring excellence in customer service and effective people management. Manage monthly budgeting, reporting, and forecasting to meet service expectations, all while keeping an eye on innovative improvements. Lead and support change by encouraging your team to challenge the norm and think outside the box. Develop and manage a business plan for applications that supports strategic goals and Housing Statement objectives. Identify improvement opportunities and build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Inspire a culture of honesty, accountability, and high-quality outcomes.
