We’re seeking a Team Leader to lead the daily operation of our Complex Plumbing Applications team. In this role, you’ll help create a supportive work environment that builds trust drives and delivers excellent outcomes for our customers. As the go-to expert on complex plumbing applications, you’ll support both internal teams and external partners, ensuring our customers are provided with the right information. What You'll Do: Lead & Support - Provide clear, constructive feedback and foster a sense of accountability within your team. You'll ensure everyone is aligned with our organizational priorities and committed to delivering excellent service. Boost Performance - Champion a performance culture by promoting development and smart resource management to meet service targets and business & customer outcomes. Build Relationships - Cultivate strong connections with internal and external stakeholders—including agencies like ALDE, UDIA, and Developers—while continuously enhancing the customer experience and resolving complaints efficiently. Grow with us - Embrace opportunities for continuous learning and implement improvement changes that will deliver better outcomes for our people and customers. What We're Looking For: Proven Leadership - A track record of developing, leading, and motivating a team that deals with complex work, while delivering on commitments. Stakeholder Engagement - Experience working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to achieve great results. Excellent Communication - Clear and effective communication—whether written or verbal—is key. Analytical Skills - Skilled at reading, interpreting, and analysing data to uncover practical insights that guide decisions and drive ongoing improvements. Technical Expertise - A strong understanding of technical plumbing, water & sewer disciplines, will allow you work effectively with customers and specialists like engineers to resolve issues collaboratively. Industry Knowledge - A firm grasp of plumbing, metering, and connection standards.
