Job Description

We are currently seeking a Service Desk Coordinator. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the service desk operations, ensuring timely resolution of IT support requests and delivering excellent customer service to end-users. Responsibilities: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT support or helpdesk environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical users. Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge base tools. Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
